These figures are based on 5% of a $20.00 long distance phone bill
and 2% of a$100.00 electric bill for each customer.  Commissions
are paid monthly on the 25th. When 5,000 customers have reached
one year of participation in the Fund Raising program, the monthly
contribution from their long distance will double.
